BestFlightsBooking is an independent travel assistance service and is not an airline. We help users identify flight options and may facilitate bookings with third-party airlines, consolidators, reservation systems, or other travel suppliers.

Airline names, marks, schedules, and services belong to their respective owners. Use of an airline name does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Prices and availability can change until a reservation is confirmed and payment is successfully processed. Quoted totals may include airfare, taxes, supplier charges, and service or processing fees. Your representative should present the applicable total before purchase.

Displayed or quoted options are not guaranteed to be the lowest available fare. Currency conversions, baggage costs, seat fees, and other airline extras may apply separately.

You are responsible for reviewing all passenger names, travel dates, airports, flight times, destinations, and charges before authorizing a purchase. Passenger names must match the identification used for travel.

You are also responsible for passports, visas, health documents, transit requirements, and other entry or travel rules. Requirements can change, and you should confirm them with the relevant government authorities and travel suppliers.

Tickets and travel products are subject to the rules of the issuing airline or supplier. Some fares are nonrefundable or cannot be changed. If changes or cancellations are permitted, airline penalties, fare differences, and service fees may apply.

Refund timing and eligibility are controlled in part by the relevant supplier. We cannot guarantee approval of a refund request or the time required for a supplier to process it.

Flight schedules, seat assignments, aircraft, baggage allowances, and travel requirements are controlled by airlines and authorities and may change without notice. We are not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, missed connections, lost baggage, denied boarding, weather, government action, or other events outside our reasonable control.

The website and assistance service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any specific travel outcome.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false or fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, copy the service for unlawful purposes, or use automated systems to extract content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestFlightsBooking is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or travel purchased through a third party.

Before starting a formal dispute, please call (844) 213-5611 and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply when posted, as shown by the effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
